Stronger application of the principles of separation of powers between the Executive, Legislature, and Judiciary are required to guarantee excellent and effective governance.

It advocated that a reversal of the economic decline would require proactive governments with improved capacity to effectively formulate policies, manage essential services, and show evidence of transparency and accountability.
